The Dr. Chauntelle Show (5/16/12)

Woo hoo, it’s The Dr. Chauntelle Show!!

This week, we’re talking about inequality – specifically, inequality between mainstream and adult as shown by a series of seemingly disconnected news stories and media developments. We have Octomom hiring an adult director to create her “self pleasure” video; the now in/famous TIME cover, exploitation, and the sexualization of children; funding campaign inequalities between adult documentaries and Christian “cultural” films; and a whole slew of other things that are interesting by themselves… and downright unsettling together. We also get a little Sweet Content in talking about ATK’s Revenge of the Petites (2012) and Wicked Pictures’ Next Friday Night (2012).
